We want to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases; if you are not happy, email your request to support@paintwoola.com and return your item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package and will not process any refund if we receive the return package.
Unfortunately, we can’t process any refund without email notification to customer service or if 90 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, and in the same condition, as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Customized items (e.g., engraved items)
Final sale items
Gift cards
Coupon discounts
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). Your credit card company may take 3-20 working days to credit your account. We will process your refund within three business days of receipt.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
a) If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
b) Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
c) Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
d) If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@paintwoola.com.
Shipping
After your application is approved, please follow the Return Instruction email from Customer Service and send your product to the address.
We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).
